  • Mindful Mothers Play Circle

    Ideal for you and your children. Held on the last Friday of each month.

    We meditate, we do yoga, we drink hot tea and we connect.

  • Monthly Friday evening - in studio guided meditation circles

    Held on the evening of the third Friday of each month. We will journey through breathwork, guided meditation and journalling. Nourish your mind, body and soul and come away feeling centred, calm, grateful.
